A massive win for our monster campaign…
Last night saw LA’s finest entertainment agencies don their best attire and head down to the 2018 Clio Entertainment Awards, held at Hollywood’s world-famous Dolby Theatre. The stars were aligned for us on the boulevard, as our Kong: Skull Island Home Entertainment campaign was chosen by the panel of judges to be awarded a silver Clio!
Optimised to target our mobile-centric audience, the campaign stormed through newsfeeds, earning a total overall engagement exceeding 1 million across Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. This launched Kong to the number one DVD & Blu-ray spot in its opening week.
With a whole world of titanic beasts waiting to be unleashed on the big screen, our exclusive Monarch timeline gave dedicated fans a satisfying look at the history of the Monsterverse, generating 234, 779 engagements alone, and becoming a permanent point of reference amongst avid fans.
After facing Kong, we’re ready to encounter the next creature in the cannon, which will come in the form of Godzilla: King of the Monsters – Warner Bros.’ star-studded title, set for release in May 2019.
