Killer content: it’s in our blood

We joined forces with Sony Pictures’ elite as we helped to bring their latest comic-book adaptation, Bloodshot, to life in the run up to its release. 

Sony Pictures’ mission was clear, to deliver some killer content and showcase their upgraded superhero to action-hungry audiences. Putting our illustration and graphics skills to the test, we created a series of assets that injected viewers straight into Bloodshot’s thrilling world. This unique content even found its way onto Sam Heughan’s Instagram feed, reaching almost 300k views as he shared our thumb-stopping, animated character videos 

Engaging with the Valiant Comics fan base, we created a suite of content that was memorable and leant on the comic book roots of the film. Our team of illustrators recreated each key Bloodshot character before adding stand-out animation and ensuring they were unmissable on social feeds. 

In the story, Bloodshot’s alter-ego, Ray Garrison, finds himself resurrected and indestructible. With all but one memory remaining, the murder of his wife, Bloodshot is hungry for revenge. We took audiences on a journey through Bloodshot’s social media timeline, to tell his story, before the nanites took over his feed, glitching to reveal his darker and vengeful side.

No superhero is complete without an accomplice, so we made a call out to audiences far and wide with our quote video, resulting in a truly successful campaign that got fans blood pumping for its release.
