When it comes to top notch scripting for A-list talent, Sony Pictures knows Zero Degrees West is the best player in the game. That’s why they selected us to power up their talent campaign for Jumanji: The Next Level.
Our strategic mission was to use tactical plays to encourage engagement, increase awareness and ultimately drive ticket sales for opening weekend.
Here’s just one of our strategic special moves: Jumanji’s TikTok challenge. We enlisted pop superstar, Nick Jonas, to drop some big news – he’s launching his own platform, called “NickTok”. While this hot new app was just a jungle joke, the real Jumanji TikTok challenge received over 1.4B views globally. Dwayne Johnson, Jack ‘The Rock’ Black, and Karen ‘The Rock’ Gillan also drove fans to the IMDb Live Stream, with our scripted content.
The film went on to place #1 at the box office, scoring an impressive $59.3 million on opening weekend, so it seems our strategy delivered the goods.
